An exciting opportunity is now available at a well-established business within the Singleton area.  This is an ongoing contractor position. We are seeking a mature and experienced Administrator who is able to work in a small team and manage their role autonomously. 


Duties include but are not limited to:


  • Creating and closing off w/o’s
  • Creating follow on notifications
  • Checking planned vs close out rate of work orders
  • High focus on regulatory close out of work orders
  • Liaising with Maintenance team leaders
  • Time confirmations
  • Building and using reports
  • Scanning and linking documents in SAP
  • approval functions
  • Permit printing
  • Filing

The ideal candidate will have:


  • Proven experience in SAP or similar program
  • Microsoft suite experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Previous experience in a maintenance administration position
