An exciting opportunity is now available at a well-established operational site within the Singleton area.  This is a contractor position required for an ongoing period. We are seeking a mature and experienced Administrator who is able to work in a small team and manage their role autonomously.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Provide administrative assistance to the Training team as required 
  • Ensure compliance is met for monthly statistics
  • Accurate data entry via site systems 
  • Administer all documentation associated with the induction and training process for both employees and contractors
  • Liaison with the departments Managers and Contractors  
  • Running of reports and graphs in relation to Safety statistics
  • Assist with end of month and mid-month reporting

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in data base systems and induction knowledge
  • Microsoft suite experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Previous experience in a Health, Safety and Training position
  • Ability to work in a high pressure environment during peak times
