We have an exciting opportunity with a successful, independent business located in Singleton surrounds. This site holds has a current position for the right candidate of a long-term temp for an Experienced Administration Assistant including reception duties.
The Site is now looking for a highly dedicated and motivated person to assist them with daily work load and ensuring their days run efficiently.
You will need to have experience in customer service and have the willingness to learn and multitask autonomously and be available full time hours, five days per week.
Some of your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- General reception and administrative duties
- SharePoint and document control
- Undertake other duties allocated by your Manager in a timely manner
The ideal person for this position will have:
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Strong problem solving skills
- Great attitude and a willingness to assist
- Mining experience would be desired
